Shop Policies

Sales are final. These are handmade items that will have imperfections and flaws and are priced accordingly. There will not be refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order is placed.

Items in the shop that are ready to ship will be processed within 4-7 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include any of the time it takes to ship the order. Once an order is shipped you will need to refer to the tracking information for all updates.

You can request a name to be added to a tumbler or ink to be touched up on dice. Both options will be an add-on service charge of $5 for material and labor costs. Once an order is placed no costomizations can be added, nor can your address be changed.

If you are considering a dice comission please have an idea of what you would like ready to discuss. Some potential dice options include but are not limited to: Jumbo D20, (SHARP) Standard 7 Polyhedral plus D4 Crystal, (SHARP) Standard 7 Polyhedral plus D4 Crystal and Extra D20, Standard D20, Mini Standard 7 Polyhedral plus D4 Crystal, Standard 7 Polyhedral plus D4 Crystal with Blanks or Liquid Core, (Rounded) Standard 7 Polyhedral, (Rounded) Standard 7 Polyhedral and Extra D20, and Chonk D20. Fonts are subject to mold availablity.
